福州料理是原为在日本茶道中，主人请客人品尝的饭菜，现已不限于茶道。怀石料理极端讲求精致，无论餐具还是食物的摆放要求很高。“不以香气诱人，更以神思为境”

认为一边观赏美丽的庭院，一边饮茶，享用怀石料理，才称得上地道日本传统风味。

对于“怀石料理”餐厅，我们选择弱化室内绿植造型，在中庭打造日式枯山水，一方面原因，枯山水的造景在户外的呈现效果好于室内，利于引导客人视线从室内延伸到户外；

另一方面，在不占用室内地面空间的同时，最大化绿植带来的软装修特色，区别周围其他餐厅。

Kaiseki cuisine was originally a meal that the owner invited guests to taste in the Japanese tea ceremony. It is no longer limited to the tea ceremony. Kaiseki cuisine is extremely delicate, and both tableware and food are very demanding. “Not to be tempting with fragrance, but more to mindfulness”

I think that while watching the beautiful courtyard, drinking tea, and enjoying kaiseki cuisine, it can be called authentic Japanese traditional flavor.

For the “kaiseki cuisine” restaurant, we chose to weaken the indoor greenery shape and create a Japanese-style dry landscape in the atrium. On the one hand, the landscaping of dry landscape is better in outdoor presentation than indoors, which will help guide the guests’ sight from indoor to outdoor;

On the other hand, while not occupying the indoor ground space, it maximizes the soft decoration features brought by the green plants and distinguishes it from other restaurants around it.
